About the Workshop

Created as an extension of Untamed Muses, this isn’t a lecture or a polished workshop.

A safe, non-judgmental circle dedicated to honest conversation around body image, owning our feminine power, and unlearning the ways we’ve been taught to hide.

Through a rotating blend of creative self-expression, journaling, movement, art, and guest practitioners, we come together to step out of our heads and into our bodies.

Because every woman deserves to feel beautiful, confident, and unapologetically at home in her skin regardless of her age, size, race, .

What’s on the Agenda? (Rotates Monthly)

  • Expert & Guest Speakers: Insights from specialists exploring topics like neurodivergence, menopause, and how societal narratives impact body image.
  • Empowerment Through Movement: Workshops led by guest artists and instructors—such as burlesque performers or pole fitness coaches—sharing how movement can help us reclaim power and confidence in our bodies.
  • Creative Expression Sessions: Low-pressure, hands-on art and journaling sessions where making art lowers the barrier to sharing stories.

(Check this month’s specific event title and details below to see what we are focusing on for this gathering!)
