My name is Samantha Cortes.
Hey darling, I'm Sam. A neurodivergent millennial mother of 3, former alt-model, and a portrait and Boudoir photographer based in Norfolk and Suffolk, Devoted to the Art of Female Self-Reclamation..
I created Untamed Muses because I see the need to reclaim the narrative. We live in a world that treats us like consumables, constantly forcing us into boxes, policing the way we look, the way we act, our pleasure, or demanding we devote ourselves to catering to and pleasing everyone else. The system is rigged, I see it, and I’m completely over it—and you should be too.
Together, we will create fine-art imagery that help you move from 'hidden' to 'Untamed.'

Unlearning Beauty Standards Through Real Representation
I believe with every fibre of my being that we need to see real bodies, in every shape, raze, size, age, & form.
For too long, we’ve been fed heavily airbrushed, narrow ideals of what beauty "should" look like.
By capturing authentic, diverse women, we begin to unlearn those impossible standards together. Your body doesn't need fixing, changing, or shrinking. It deserves to be normalised, honoured, and celebrated exactly as it is today.
