As a motherhood photographer, my greatest goal is always to honour your story—on your terms.
Recently, I had the privilege of photographing a beautiful new mother and her baby, with one thoughtful request: to keep both of their faces private. This choice is deeply personal and increasingly important to many families. Whether for safety, privacy, or simply comfort, it’s entirely valid—and doesn’t mean sacrificing emotion, connection, or beauty in your images.
Through thoughtful framing, use of light, and an eye for gesture and detail, we created a gallery full of warmth, intimacy, and truth—without ever revealing a full face. The result? Photographs that still feel like them, and that she’s proud to share.
If you’ve been longing to capture your journey into motherhood, but feel unsure about being on camera or sharing your children’s images publicly, please know this: there is always a way. Together, we can create something meaningful, personal, and respectful of your boundaries.
These are your memories. They deserve to be documented—safely, beautifully, and with care.
